Pure Athlete is an elite level offseason lifting regimen for mid-intermediate to advanced lifters. Using a combination of traditional and unorthodox sports performance movements and exercises, Pure Athlete is guaranteed to provide adequate stimuli and force adaptations. This program has been run with several different high school and collegiate athletes over the past 6 months, and has shown significant results. Our program has been divided into a max and dynamic style workout for both upper and lower body. Pure Athlete volume 1 is designed to be implemented and run for 6 weeks before testing maxes on bench, squat, vertical & broad jump. Get ready to grind and challenge the standard.
