Ellison Performance Speed Clinic

We will be offering a speed clinic for all sports and athletes on Saturday, March 16th! We have worked with hundreds of elite athletes to correct speed form and mechanics. We will be creating a very competitive and engaging environment for all athletes to get better on areas such as acceleration,change of direction, and top speed. We will have several speed coaches as well as some division 1 athletes to help aid in correcting and evaluating technique. We will do top speed and timed events to showcase the speed of our best athletes. Come ready to work, and learn!
