Adult Group Training

With The Adult Monthly Membership, enhance your confidence,  weight loss, and overall health.

Are you looking to lose that extra 10-15 pounds? Feel stronger and more healthier? Join a community of like minded individuals who all share similar fitness goals, who can look forward to accountability, friendships and improved physical fitness.

Under direct supervision from one of our certified coaches, our adult fitness classes will consist of workouts aiming towards improving muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, fat loss, and overall positive self worth.

Workouts will be programmed using various types of cardio equipment, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, and numerous other pieces.
