At Gentlebrook Sports Complex on Tuesday Nights at 7pm Work with former KSU starting running back Xavier Williams 1 hour sessions. 30 minutes of speed/ 30 minutes of strength specific to football players All Ages Welcome! - Acceleration -Top Speed - Change of Direction - Body Control and Power - Strength Training Work with our top tier coaches that all have degrees in our competitive field. Get proper guidance on form and mechanics to improve this offseason
